Tapedecktheory.com was an art/design project conceptualized
in 2004 by Evan Cowell devoted to collecting and maintaining
works to be freely distibuted without the use of physical space.

The Gallery section of the site is devoted to such works while
the rest of the site serves as a portfolio of Evan Cowell's
works.
